Jigsaw online workshop, which was developed specifically for coaches who work or volunteer with young people in the Gaelic Games.

We’re really pleased to be able to talk to you about young people’s mental health and the valuable role you can play (and possibly already do) in promoting the mental health of the young people you coach.

Sometimes all you have to do is listen

Its is worth taking a minute to remember that underneath the jersey, all GAA players are normal people too. They experience the same challenges in life but can often experience additional pressures unique to sportspeople like criticism, injury, peer expectation, sideline negativity, social media, body image issues and more.
